We have developed Earth-Ice with patents pending in the USA and abroad, to reverse global warming and to promote the growth of ocean life.
With the perils of climate change becoming more apparent each day, we need to act now if we want to counteract our present negative impact on the planet.
When earth-ice is deployed in water it sits at the surface casting a shadow on the water beneath resulting in lowered temperatures of the oceans resulting in more dissolved oxygen for all life in the ocean.
When earth-ice is deployed on soil it sits at the surface keeping the soil cooler and reduces the amount of water being evaporated.

HOW DOES EARTH-ICE WORK IN WATER?
Earth-Ice in water
Earth-Ice is manufactured hollow sand designed to reflect sunlight to cool the ocean. It will slowly dissolve over the course of three months to provide essential nutrients and minerals that support the growth of ocean diatoms (plankton).
The diatoms capture carbon (carbon capture) from the environment and help feed other ocean life, especially nourishing ocean fish populations.
Reflectivity
As displayed in the graph Earth-Ice is showing very high levels of reflectivity.
Given this level of reflectivity the most suitable location of deployment of Earth-Ice is around the equator where the sun is the strongest.
WHAT CAN EARTH-ICE DO FOR FARMING?

When applied to the ground the Earth-Ice sits at the surface above the soil reflecting the sunlight reducing the temperature of the soil. This prevents some of the water from being evaporated.
When water is applied the Earth-Ice will first sink into the soil but will eventually rise to the surface again.
Earth-Ice therefore provides a great opportunity for substantial savings in water costs.
